RODAN, Yehuda (István) (1916,Oradea - 1985, Tel Aviv, Israel)
Artistic education: Montpellier Academy of Fine Arts, Hérault, Languedoc-Roussillon, France. He studied with FÉNYES Adolf (Budapest) and MACALIK Alfréd (Oradea).
He spent four years in a Nazi camp during World War II. Established in Israel in 1961, between 1963 and 1986 he organized 16 solo exhibitions in Israel (Tel Aviv, Ramat HaSharon, Haifa, Beer Sheva, Bat Yam), USA (New York, Los Angeles), Germany (Düsseldorf), Belgium (Antwerp). In 1967 he was awarded the Nordau Prize, founded by the "World Organization of Jewish Hungarians" together with the "Israeli Organization of Hungarian Emigrants".
