PRODUCT GUARANTEE

The guarantee regarding the authenticity of the art works traded through www.depozituldearta.ro shop is unlimited. Certificates of sale and authenticity are signed by an expert accredited by the Ministry of Culture (CIMEC).
The guarantee of authenticity refers to the originality of the traded works of art.
The guarantee regarding the state of conservation of the art objects traded through the www.depozituldearta.ro shop is limited at the moment of their delivery / reception.
The state of preservation of the objects exhibited on the site is described in the Technical Details section and is complemented by relevant photos. 
Packaging is mainly made according to transport safety criteria, with materials with a high degree of protection and in some cases, special boxes made of wood.
The packaging of works destined as gifts is possible only in case of picking them up from the Depozitul de Artă headquarters, in Cluj-Napoca, 11 Octombrie street, no. 2.
The authenticity of the traded art works is attested by the issue of a Certificate of sale and authenticity, provided along with the of the art work related to the sale. Certificates of authenticity can be personalized with the name of the final beneficiary, in case he is different from the buyer.
