Eremia PROFETA (1914, Sebeș – 2002, Bucharest)
Artistic education:
Cluj-Napoca School of Fine Arts (1932) with teachers Catul BOGDAN, Aurel CIUPE, Anastase DEMIAN, and Romulus LADEA.
Together with Tasso MARCHINI and Ștefan GOMBOȘIU, he founded the Boema society in Cluj. Transferred to Bucharest, he worked as an assistant in the monumental art section of the Institute of Fine Arts. Between 1940 and 1947, he participated in nine group exhibitions and salons. In 1974, he opened a personal exhibition in Bucharest.
