Nicolae TEMPEANU (1877, Mălini, Suceava – ?, Bucharest)
Artistic education: Studies at the NAF Bucharest and free studies in Paris.
He held personal exhibitions: Constanța (1915), Bucharest (1914, 1915, 1916, 1919, 1920-1923, 1927, 1930, 1935-1937), Câmpulung Muscel (1934), Craiova, Galați (1938). He also participated in numerous exhibitions at the Bucharest Official Salon between 1909 and 1939.
In 1929, he was awarded the First Prize of the Ministry of Arts. He painted landscapes, marine studies, and faithfully rendered sunsets, also specializing in the field of church painting.
