Artistic education: Academy of Fine Arts Bucharest (1932-1938) with masters: Constantin ARTACHINO, Oscar HAN, Francisc ȘIRATO, Jean Alexandru STERIADI.Accademia di Romania a Roma (1939-1940). He had an extremely extensive exhibition activity. Between 1936 and 1986 he held sixty-two international solo exhibitions (Rome, Milan, Venice, Foggia, Assisi, Florence, Perugia, Padua, Orvieto, Turin, Rovigo, Abani, Ferrara, Barri, Lecce, Bologna, Pescia, Brescia – Italy, Amsterdam, Rotterdam – Netherlands, Helsinki, Turku – Finland, Zurich - Switzerland, Ciudad de Mexico – Mexico, San Francisco, Cheekwood Nashville – USA.
