Nicolae Grigorescu Institute of Fine Arts, Bucharest under the guidance of teachers: Simion IUCA, Jean Alexandru STERIADI and Gheorghe PETRAȘCU (1942).

National Superior School of Fine Arts (ENSBA), Paris - France (1936)
Between 1936 and 1947, the artist participated in fifteen group exhibitions, official Bucharest art salons.
Also, in 1958 he participated in the Biennale in Venice - Italy.
He was awarded the Anastase and Elena SIMU prize for drawing (1937) and the prize of the Union of Plastic Artists, Bucharest (1958)
