1. Site registration

It is necessary to create an account on www.depozituldearta.ro and then log in. 
With your personal account, you can benefit from multiple delivery addresses, and you won’t have to re-enter your order delivery details each time. The confidentiality of personal data and information is very important to us, only you and the administrators of the www.depozituldearta.ro store have access to them. For further details on our approach on this issue, you can access the Privacy section.

2. Choose the category GRAPHICS, PAINTING or SCULPTURE, according to your preferences. 
The menu on the top bar gives you the option to choose the type of art work you want. The 3 current categories are Graphics, Paintings and Sculpture.

3. Navigate to the desired art work
You also have at your disposal price filters or arranging by title/name or price, or you can browse all the works in a row, accessing, if applicable, the descriptions with author card, data sheet and characteristics of the work. 
Our Facebook page also offers the option of Aquisition with a direct link to the store of www.depozituldearta.ro 

4. Your shopping cart

If you have selected one or more products in your shopping cart, you can complete your order or you can review your shopping list at any time.

5. Billing address and payment methods

Once you have reached “Package delivery”, you can choose the way in which you will enter in possession of the order, and respectively, the preferred payment method.

Payment in the store - you can pay in cash or by bank transfer, when you want to pick up the purchased art works directly, at the DEPOZITUL DE ARTĂ headquarters, in Cluj-Napoca, 11 Octombrie street, no. 2.
 
Payment on delivery - payment to the TNT Romania (our partner) courier at the time of receiving the products and invoice.

Payment by PO - payment will be made upon request, based on a proforma invoice issued after the order. The transfer data are:

6. Order confirmation

You will receive a message on the email address entered when registering your personal account with the details of the ordered products. Subsequently, the administrators of the www.depozituldearta.ro shop will contact you by phone to provide you with confidential information, updated in real time, regarding the status of the placed order.
The phone confirmation will be made as soon as possible, according to the operation schedule of Depozitul de artă (Monday to Saturday, 9         AM to 6 PM)

7. Delivery, transport

The ordered products can be either picked up directly from the Depozitul de artă headquarters, Cluj-Napoca, 11 Octombrie street, no. 2, or through the partner courier TNT Romania. After making the payment, the order will be delivered as soon as possible: 1 day in Cluj, 3 days - in Romania, 6 days - abroad.

8. Export of movable cultural objects susceptible of classification

For the delivery abroad of works of art susceptible to classification, it may be necessary to issue an Export Certificate, for which a fee of 35 EURO will be charged.
Under these conditions, the delivery is made within 10 days and the delivery method will be established by both parties by phone.
