Nicolae BRANA (1905, Mohu, Sibiu - 1986, Bucharest)
Art education: Cluj-Napoca School of Fine Arts (1926 - 1930) with teachers Aurel CIUPE and Anastase (Tassy) DEMIAN.
Julien Academy, Paris (1930 - 1932) with Professor Jean Pierre LAURENS.
Between 1932 and 1976, the artist opened twenty-six solo exhibitions in the country and participated in twenty group exhibitions and salons.
In 1937 he was awarded the Anastase Simu Prize.
